The room has a good bed. The bathroom is also ok. The breakfast is quite poor, I would say reasonable for the structure of the hotel. Furthermore, it works well for quick trips where you don't need to spend more than two days. For the price, what you pay is more for the hotel being inside a shopping mall.

I've traveled and traveled a lot, I've never seen anyone charge for cleaning the room (R$ 5.00), not even for changing towels. Weak breakfast, dirty coffee room, unfriendly hotel staff, rude, with no idea of hygiene, they come in off the street and put their hands on food. Terrible staff and value for money.

The hotel is not good value for money, considering the daily rate. The only good thing is the location, as it is well located. The bed is big and comfortable. However, the bathroom is small and cramped (I even hurt myself by slamming the door on my arm when trying to close it - perhaps if the door opened outward, it would be less worse), there is only one bath towel in the room (the other one, if it is for two people, you have to ask and go down to reception to pick it up). The television is via IPTV, it kept crashing all the time. The poor breakfast. It says it's until 10am, but we went for breakfast at 9am and the dishes were already empty and there was no replacement. The hot season, which would have been eggs and sausage, was cold. Disappointing.

The hotel is charging a card fee in addition to the value established in the reservation, I found this to be a lack of respect and deception as it means that the advertised price is not the real one!! In addition, they deliver a bath towel to reception for you to carry to your room without any protection, establishing terrible hygiene. If the accommodation is for 2 people, it must already be arranged for that. Cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired. It's the third time I've stayed here and what I've noticed over the years is the drop in quality in all aspects, including breakfast. This was definitely my last time, after all the daily price is not worth it. I would also add the criticism that they do not deliver 2 keys to the accommodation, leaving the guest without freedom and that they only want to hand over the invoice at check out since everything has already been paid at check in and there is no consummation available without paying on the spot.

I arrived on 07/15, I changed rooms because the bathroom flooded (leak), I stayed in another very good room, I was stuck in the elevator and even with an alarm no one heard it, breakfast is the worst I've ever seen, there was no coffee, no scrambled eggs ice cream and no other hot drink options. If regret could kill I would already be hard and buried. I complained and it was the same as the voice of Brazil...no one listens.

Room leaves a lot to be desired and a lot of rusty trash can, bad smell from the rusty bathroom drain, I made a reservation, I arrived the bathroom was dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned, the next day they didn't clean it, the next day I asked again they didn't clean it, the attendant on Saturday, in which I went to talk about the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, he was impatient, doubtful about my complaint and was sarcastic, an attitude that is not consistent with someone who is there to treat the customer well. Luckily there was a family who also had the same problem as me. Oh! Don't pay in advance, because if you don't like it they won't give you your money back, you're forced to stay or leave without your money. For a hotel that suggests being 3 stars, it will need to improve a lot. I won't be staying at this hotel again for a month.

It was an excellent hotel, but I share the same feeling as the other reviewer. The quality has dropped a lot. The daily rate increased, they removed Netflix, the double room only leaves one towel, they removed the number of pillows, there were two covers, now there is only one. Do you think they will lower the quality, increase the price and the customer will not notice? For that price, there are even hotels with a pool in the city
